Carl L. Norton became the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Nationwide when it was organized in January 1998 and has served in such capacities since then. Before founding Nationwide, he practiced law in Houston, Texas most recently with the law firm of Norton, Jacobs, Kuhn & McTopy, L.L.P. Mr. Norton's law practice focused on mergers, acquisitions and public and private offerings of securities.  His articles and comments have been featured in such publications as DBA Magazine, The Texas Lawyer, Houston Post, Houston Business Journal and various other business journals and newspapers. He graduated from the University of Houston Law Center where he served on the Houston Law Review and was a member of the Order of the Barons.  Following completion of his Bachelor and Master of Business Administration Degrees from Rutgers University, Mr. Norton practiced as a Certified Public Accountant with Haskins & Sells (now Deloitte & Touche).


Jerry L. Hyde became the Vice Chairman, President and Secretary of Nationwide when it was organized in January 1998. Mr. Hyde has spent his career as a management consultant with several organizations. During his career Mr. Hyde has consulted to over 200 companies and has been involved in over 40 merger and acquisition transactions. Mr. Hyde formed Rice Consulting in 1992 to provide consulting services to medium size public companies in the area of developing and implementing growth strategies through acquisitions. From 1984 to 1992, Mr. Hyde was a partner in the international certified public accounting firm of Ernst & Young and he became the partner in charge of consulting in corporate finance and merger and acquisition services in Ernst & Young’s Houston office. From 1978 to 1984, Mr. Hyde practiced with Baucum, Hyde & Reese, a regional accounting and consulting firm that he co-founded. In 1984 Mr. Hyde and the other partners in Baucum, Hyde & Reese merged that firm with Ernst & Young. In 1972 he joined Ernst & Ernst (now Ernst & Young) as a consultant designing cost accounting and management reporting systems for clients and was employed at that firm until he resigned to co-found Baucum, Hyde & Reese in 1978. Mr. Hyde served as an officer in the United States Marine Corps. from 1968 to 1971. Mr. Hyde graduated in 1968 from Lamar University with a Bachelor Degree in Economics and from the University of Texas in Austin in 1972 with a Master of Business Administration Degree. Since 1974 Mr. Hyde has been licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Texas.


Philip A. Tuttle became a member of Nationwide’s Board of Directors in May 1998. Mr. Tuttle is a General Partner in Davis, Tuttle Venture Partners, a $45,000,000 private investment partnership formed to provide expansion financing, middle market buyouts and early stage investments in the Southwest. He began his career as Vice President and Co-Manager of Flint Capital Corporation, a private venture fund. Thereafter, he became President of Allied Bancshares Capital Corporation, a bank-owned, federally licensed Small Business Investment Company, which he built from $5,000,000 to $40,000,000 in capital in a five-year period. Mr. Tuttle has been active in the Houston venture capital community for over 25 years. Mr. Tuttle serves on the Boards of Directors of several corporations and civic organizations. He is a founder and past President of the Houston Venture Capital Association, past President of the Houston Chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth, past board member of NASBIC and is a Fellow of the Institute of Directors, London. He graduated from Rice University with a Bachelor Degree and from Northwestern University with a Master of Business Administration Degree. Mr. Tuttle also is a Certified Public Accountant.


Jeffery Glover became a Nationwide's Chief Operating Officer and an advisory director of Nationwide's Board of Directors in September 2002 when he joined Nationwide. Most recently Mr. Glover was the Regional Vice President - Commercial Print Division and the President of Wetmore Printing Company. Wetmore Printing is the largest commercial printing division of Wallace Computer Services, a $1.6 billion revenues company whose securities are traded on the New York Stock Exchange. Mr. Glover led Wetmore Printing into fulfillment and distribution services, the creation of a fulfillment services software solution and customized B2B Internet/web ordering system and its digital print on demand services. Beginning 1991, before its 1997 acquisition by Wallace, Mr. Glover was a Vice President of Graphics Industries, the parent company of Wetmore Printing and he also was Wetmore Printing's President. In 1980 Mr. Glover began his printing industry career when he joined Gulf Printing Company, Inc., a $100+ million commercial directory manufacturer. He has attended numerous management and leadership printing industry programs including Professional Leadership Training at the Rochester Institute of Technology.


Gene Hindman became an advisory director of Nationwide’s Board of Directors in September 1998, when Offset Atlanta, Inc. was acquired by Nationwide. Offset Atlanta is a Norcross, Georgia commercial printing company serving the metro Atlanta area. Mr. Hindman was one of the co-founders of Offset Atlanta when it was organized in 1988. He became the President in 1992 and its sole stockholder in 1995. Mr. Hindman has been involved with commercial printing in the Atlanta area for over 20 years. Since the Offset Atlanta acquisition by Nationwide, he has been the President of Nationwide’s Offset Atlanta Division.
